A 21-storey building has reportedly collapsed on Gerard Road in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital and most populous city.
Reports say the building was under construction and although social media is agog with accounts of the incident, details are still sketchy.
For instance, it is evident that people are trapped, but it is unclear just how many persons are trapped under the rubble at the time of reporting.
