5 types of people at the #FitFamFest2018 with Amstel Malta

There were a number of activities unfolded in Lagos this past weekend, but the most talked about event was undoubtedly Africa’s Largest Comprehensive Fitness Festival; FitFam Fest.

The annual event is a celebration for fitness enthusiasts as they enjoy a day entirely dedicated towards keeping fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Held at the Hard Rock Cafe Beach Front in Victoria Island, Fitfam Fest in collaboration with the number one nourishing premium malt drink with rich international heritage, Amstel Malta, hosted people of all ages and here are the 5 kinds of people we met at the event:

Have you ever been so interested in something that you’ve become almost obsessed with it?

Well that’s how the fitness enthusiasts feel when it comes to the active lifestyle. We met quite a number of them who were filled with the zeal and energy to compete in the 5K Colour Run.

Yup! We met the likes of CEO Eden Lifestyle and owner of The HIIT Squad, Maje Ayida, former Big Brother Naija contestant Kemen Fitness, lifestyle coach, Lanre Olusola and a host of other well-known fitness and wellness coaches.

These guys were, in the scorching sun, life saviours!! They literally had everyone on the beach hydrated and well-fed with brands like Amstel Malta ensuring everyone on the beach was hydrated and encouraged to put in their best!

Kids, of all ages came through to join that fit lifestyle and a number of them could give you a run for your money. The kids zone delivered as expected, with lots of fun activities like bouncy castles, dance sessions and several goodies to entertain them. They literally didn’t want to go home when it was time to leave.

These lot are the fitfam members for social media and we met quite a number of them, joining in on the sessions and taking lots of great photos for the gram.

This year’s theme was ”All-In”, and boy … did we meet a whole lot of people who came to put their everything into getting their fit on and having fun whilst doing so!
