Developers of Eko Atlantic City, South Energyx Nigeria, has said that the former governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode, does not own a skyscraper in the Eko Atlantic City. South Energyx Nigeria in a statement released on Monday said the claims made in an advertorial, titled, ‘Ambode’s Many Sins against Lagosians (Part 1)’ were false. Part of the statement read, “We would like to clarify that this report is completely false as Ambode has no ownership or links to any skyscrapers in Eko Atlantic City. Read more

Xenophobia: First batch of 320 Nigerians to return Wednesday (Nation)

The Consul General of Nigeria in Johannesburg, Godwin Adama, has said that the first batch of the Nigerian returnees from South Africa would depart South Africa for Lagos on Wednesday. A 20-year-old man, Mustapha Aliyu has been arrested for throwing his four months old son into river Uti in Borgu local government area of Niger state. The Corpse of the baby is yet to be found.
