Angelina Jolie made a rare appearance with all of her children on Monday night, marking the second time in less than a week that the actress, 43, has attended a public event with her kids.
The family — including Jolie’s children Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 10 — stepped out for a special early screening of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City.
The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, based on a 2009 memoir of the same name, tells the story of a 13-year-old boy in Malawi who helps his village by building a wind turbine. The movie, which will be released on Netflix in March, was directed by Chiwetel Ejiofor, who also stars in the film.
The outing comes less than a week after Jolie and four of her kids attended the New York City premiere of friend Prune Nourry’s documentary Serendipity at the Museum of Modern Art on Thursday. Read more
