BANTU holds first 2021 concert at Alliance Française today

Today is going to be a good Friday. Bantu will perform at Alliance Française. 

“We are excited to announce our first show of the year. BANTU shall be gracing the stage at Alliance Française with a specially curated performance celebrating the release of our new album Everybody Get Agenda,” said the announcement from Adegoke Odukoya, the founder of the 13-piece band.

Adegoke Odukoya, better known as Ade Bantu, is a Nigerian-German musician, producer and social activist who is the front man of BANTU and the creator of the monthly concert series and music festival Afropolitan Vibes, which holds in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also the founder of the Afro-German musical collective Brothers Keepers. His band BANTU received the Kora Award (the Pan-African equivalent of the Grammy) for their album Fuji Satisfaction in 2005.
