Biodun Fatoyinbo steps down as COZA Senior Pastor

Embattled Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) has stepped down from his position.

The news was conveyed in an Instagram post he made at 9.55am on July 1st 2019.

His action was precipitated by Busola Dakolo’s allegations of rape against the popular pastor.

The celebrity photographer made the allegations in a YouTube interview with Chide Jideonwo where she alleged that a younger Biodun Fatoyinbo raped her in  her family home while she was 16.

Her accusations sparked off a social media frenzy with many calling for the pastor to step down and respond to the accusations.

In his first response to the accusations, Biodun Fatoyinbo denied being a rapist.
