Fire guts Abakaliki rice mill (Nation)

A fire outbreak last night at the Abakaliki Rice Mill Company premises located at Onuebonyi has destroyed over N50m worth of machinery and Rice products. Forty-two disasters were recorded in Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu states in 2018, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) said yesterday.
