A two-year-old boy has celebrated Christmas in September thanks to his family and neighbours after being given just weeks left to live.
Brody Allen’s family were determined to bring the festive holiday forward a few months after doctors found five incurable tumours on his brain.
The little boy, from Cincinnati, Ohio, has endured several rounds of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with extremely rare embryonal brain cancer (ETMR) in May.
Sadly, five weeks ago, doctors gave Brody just two-months left to live.
Since then his mother Shilo has managed to decorate the inside and outside of the family home in lights, inflatable figures and Christmas music.
His neighbours were so inspired they followed suit and soon Brody’s entire street was decorated in fairy lights and tinsel.
The Allen’s say Brody has no idea it is only September and said that in his mind ‘it’s just Christmas’. Read more
