A 25-year-old man, Aminu Mustapha, said to be a cleaner with Magama-Jibia Police Division in Katsina State, has been arrested for allegedly being in possession of 103 SIM cards and 13 passport photographs of police officers.
Mustapha, a resident of Magama-Jibia village in the Jibia Local Government Area of the state could not give satisfactory accounts of how he came about the items and what he planned to do with them. The cleaner was arraigned before a Katsina senior magistrate court last Friday for offences which, the police said, was contrary to Section 319(A) of the Penal Code. Read more
