Singer, Johnson Oyindamola, popularly called Dammy Krane on Monday appeared before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly posting a defamatory message on the internet about a sport betting company.
Police arraigned Dammy Krane, 27, on three charges of threat to life, defamation and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.
He, however, pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor, Insp. J. I. Enang told the court that the defendant committed the offences with others still at large on July 29 in Lagos. Read more
