Cristiano Ronaldo charged with improper conduct for ‘cojones’ celebration (Metro)

Uefa have taken action against Cristiano Ronaldo for his ‘cojones’ celebration against Atletico Madrid.

Ronaldo has been charged with improper conduct, but is unlikely to face a ban from Champions League action.

The Juventus star’s celebrations at full-time against Atletico was a clear dig at Diego Simeone, who made a similar gesture in the first leg in Madrid.

Uefa fined Simeone £18,000 and Ronaldo is expected to receive a similar punishment for his actions in Turin. Read more
