Customer says women can’t be barbers ‘because they’re not men’ (Metro)

A barbershop customer launched into a ‘sexist attack’ at female staff after refusing their services ‘because they’re not men’, the shop’s owner says.

Tracy Holmes, 45, said the middle-aged man lost his temper after ‘travelling a long way’ with his teenage son to the barbers to find women working there rather than men.

Tracy said: ‘I got a tearful call from one of the girls to say that a man had been stood lingering at the doorstep where the door was open for a while without coming in.
