Dapo Abiodun, Alake, Gani Adams, others to grace grand finale of YPF/SA Elizabeth 8th

The Grand Finale of the 8th Edition of the Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurial Development Training Series powered by a Pan-Yoruba Professional Group, Yoruba Professionals’ Foundation (YPF) in partnership with a Nigerian-Japanese Firm, SA Elizabeth Co Ltd which started on Monday 19th September, will take place on Friday at NUT Hall, Kuto, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The 8th Series, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the Director of Media Communications and Investment Promotion of the Group, Mr Sola Fayemi, is featuring Smart Homes Automation, Solar Technology, Accounting Technologies, Data Science, Cinematography and Drone Piloting, Website Application Development and Poultry Management.

YPF is a group of Young Yoruba Professionals that is promoting Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship, Smart Agriculture and Food Security, Cultural Values and Civic Education in Yoruba Land.

The grand finale is expected to witness Knowledge Exhibition by the over 250 trainees who are currently undergoing training.

Expected at the grand finale are the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Abayomi Arigbalu, his counterpart in the Youth and Sports Development Ministry, Dr Oludare Kehinde and the Alake of Egba Land, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo.

Also expected at the occasion were the Aare Onakakanfo of Yoruba Land, Iba Gani Adams, Founder of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Otunba Subomi Balogun and the Chief Executive Officer of Impact Africa Television (IATV), Deacon Owolabi Oladejo, amongst others.

The immediate past Chairman of a Yoruba Intelligentsia Group, Voice of Reason (VOR), late Olufemi Adegoke, will be honoured at the event with a Post-Humous Award in recognition of his Contributions to the Promotion of Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship in Yoruba Land.
