Deontay Wilder hits back at Dillian Whyte over claims he’s dodging WBC title fight (Metro)

Deontay Wilder has hit back at Dillian Whyte by claiming that he has rejected ‘multiple opportunities’ to reach an agreement for a WBC title fight.

Whyte has spent over 600 days as the WBC’s No.1 challenger to Wilder but has yet to face the Bronze Bomber.

Whyte will face Oscar Rivas on July 20 and is hopeful that a win over the Colombian will be enough to secure a fight against Wilder.

But Wilder, who knocked out Dominic Breazeale in the first round in May, claims Whyte does not want to get in the ring with him. Read more
