Kemi Lala Akindoju will premiere Fine her short film at the Nollywood week in Paris Film Festival on Sunday, May 12, 2019.
The actor produced the film co-written and directed by Odenike, who is making her debut in directing for Make It Happen Production.
The short film shows the successful side of women supporting women through depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of mental illness. It tells the story of a young successful woman who seems to have her life under control publicly, but deep within she is beaten and battered by depression.
Although no official release date has been announced, Fine, which stars Kemi Lala Akindoju, Tiere Osundilire, Odenike, and Jennifer Alegieuno, has been tagged as very relevant for Mental Awareness Month.
Lala Akindoju also performed the original soundtrack produced by Mela.
