Shocking footage shows how an elderly woman hurled abuse at a gay man on a bus after he had celebrated Manchester Pride.
Karina Townsley, 32, was on the bus with her seven-year-old daughter who had the Pride flag painted on her face to mark the celebrations on Saturday afternoon.
She saw a man wearing a T-shirt with ‘Homophobic abuse is criminal’ written on it, chatting to other passengers about his day at Pride.
A woman then started to insult him, as video taken by Karina on the 76 bus shows. Read more
