KISS star Gene Simmons is being sued for sexual battery.
The 69-year-old is being sued by a woman who worked at one of Simmons’ Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016, who alleges he ‘forcefully touched her vagina’.
The woman, referred to only as Jane Doe in court papers, alleges that she was posing with the KISS bassist and singer on one of his visits to the restaurant when he ‘reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it’.
Doe also claims that she witnessed Simmons act ‘in a sexually charged manner with other women’.
According to court papers acquired by The Blast, Doe is seeking unspecified damages. Read more
