Happiness – Maltina gifts Lagos an unforgettable Children’s day party

It was all fun and excitement at the Inspiration FM Children’s Day Carnival as children, parents and guardians were thrilled to an unforgettable experience courtesy of Nigeria’s number one malt drink, Maltina.

International Children’s Day is celebrated annually on May 27, and this year, Maltina, teamed up with Inspiration FM to host the best children’s party of the year.

The carnival, which kicked off at 11am at Dreamworld Africana, Lekki, saw elated children and their parent’s troupe in en masse. School pupils and their teachers also arrived in groups ready for a day filled with happiness.

The day started with exciting activities at the Maltina corner, with dancehall tracks from the DJ, to face painting, castle riding, engaging games, and arcades giving the children a good start to a fun day.

Parents and guardians enjoyed rib cracking moments from one of Nigeria’s most sought after comedian, Kenny Blaq. He held the audience’s attention with his funny jokes and of course, a touch of music.

 

Music superstars, Harrysong, Jaywon and Beambo Taylor thrilled the children to exciting performances of their hit songs ranging from “Selense”, “Odun yi”, “Ofeshi”, “Ma sun”, “Jomi Joromi”, “Fun won”, “finish” and “Ye”. The kids showed their dance skills with different steps from shaku shaku to zanku and Legwork. Parents were not left out as they participated in a danceathon and other competitions.

 

The Inspiration FM Children’s Day Carnival with Maltina was a great time for parents to bond with their children. Commenting on the activities of the day, Senior Brand Manager, Maltina , Oluseun Lawal said “ Children’s Day, the world over, is a special day set aside to celebrate our children and to raise awareness of activities that help to improve the welfare of children. Maltina is excited to be part of this worthy cause. Sharing happiness by helping families bond better has always been one of our major touch points.”

10 lucky children also won exciting prizes like laptops, goody bags, cans of Maltina and many more. One of the parents, Mrs Kalejaiye whose nine-year-old daughter, won a laptop during the Maltina happy hour said, “I am glad to have made time out, off work, to spend the day with my children at the carnival today. It has been a fantastic experience the kids won’t forget in a hurry, and oh I am super excited my daughter won a laptop, we definitely won’t miss next year’s party. Thank you Maltina!”

The day ended with so much joy and laughter, with the children not wanting it to stop. It was indeed a day of sharing unlimited happiness, thanks to Nigeria’s leading malt drink, Maltina.
