The Imo State government has said that the elite who criticize the governor of Imo state Chief Rochas Okorocha have not committed any crime and that Imo people are very active as they do not give those who govern them breathing space, to bring out the best in them. Okorocha made this in a statement on Wednesday while lampooning former governor of the state, Chief Ikedi Godson Ohakim. Okorocha said ‘Since the former governor of the state, Chief Ikedi Godson Ohakim announced his intention to contest the governorship election again in the state, he has developed the sickening impression that the only way he can achieve that tall dream is by attacking Governor Rochas Okorocha in the media repeatedly and he has been doing it to the best of his ability.
