If you think ‘Church’ is that building you go to once or twice a week, you need to think deeply and reassess your relationship with God.
As far as I know, no one is stopping individuals or small groups from worshipping in their homes or from linking up online. There are also churches that never closed depending on your/their location.
It is not fear-mongering or cowardice for people to be concerned about their lives, the lives of their loved ones and the lives of others based on empirical evidence that suggests that the likelihood of people getting sick is very high when gathered in an enclosed space with a lot of interaction involved.
Are we then saying that the 102 choir members in Amsterdam, the 50 choir members in Washington State, the 50 members of the Berlin Cathedral Choir, members of the Yorkshire choir in the UK, or the 4,000 members of the South Korean church and so many unreported cases that got infected with Covid-19 all lack faith?
There is a reason Jesus did not jump off the tower when the devil dared him to even though he knew that angels would catch him before he fell.
Really, life is not as difficult as we make it. If you have a problem with your pastor keeping your church closed, you feel he/she is not exercising their faith, exercise YOUR faith and join another church that has resumed service and leave the ones that choose to remain closed alone.

My child, learn what I teach you and never forget what I tell you to do.
2 Listen to what is wise and try to understand it.
3 Yes, beg for knowledge; plead for insight.
4 Look for it as hard as you would for silver or some hidden treasure.
5 If you do, you will know what it means to fear the Lord and you will succeed in learning about God.
6 It is the Lord who gives wisdom; from him come knowledge and understanding.
7 He provides help and protection for those who are righteous and honest.
8 He protects those who treat others fairly, and guards those who are devoted to him.
9 If you listen to me, you will know what is right, just, and fair. You will know what you should do.
10 You will become wise, and your knowledge will give you pleasure.
11 Your insight and understanding will protect you
12 and prevent you from doing the wrong thing. They will keep you away from people who stir up trouble by what they say—
