One of the brothers who claimed that Jussie Smollett paid them to fake a racist and homophobic attack on him has won the Chicago Golden Gloves amateur boxing tournament.

Abimbola ‘Abel’ Osundairo, 25, who allegedly took $3,500 (£2,700) from Smollett to help stage the January incident, took home the ‘senior novice division’ title on Friday night following a technical knockout in the first round, according to the Chicago Tribune.
