“Legends: Kings and Kingdoms” musical returns to Muson – Temi Ami-Williams

Legends: Kings and Kingdoms, the musical production which has graced the stage 16 times in Lagos and Bonny Island is back again at the Muson Centre, Lagos State.

Directed by Gbenga Yusuf and Ayo Ajayi, Legends has quickly climbed to the top of musical theatre performances in Lagos and based on the clamour by theatre fans, the show has been scheduled to run from May 27 – 29, 2019.

Shaka Zulu of South Africa, Queen Amina of Zazzau, Sango of The Yoruba, Yah Ashantewa of Ghana and Queen Nefertiti of Egypt, these Legends will once more harken to the call of ‘Modaland’ to defeat the dreaded shadow ‘Irikujeje’. In uniting for a common cause the five African Legends must work together for the greater good of mankind.

The musical returns with a special children’s day edition which includes side attractions (hand prints, photo booths, red carpet with Legends Mannequins, African art body paint and lots more), to give kids a most memorable children’s day experience.
