A husband has sued his unfaithful wife after discovering he is not the father of her eight-year-old son.
He wants her to return ‘every penny’ he spent on the boy, who was actually fathered by someone she had an affair with.
His estranged wife is resisting his demands to reveal the name of the man and to tell her son who his real dad is.
At the Family Division of the High Court in London, Mr Justice Cohen said the man had been devastated to learn he was not the boy’s father. Read more
