Maroon 5 are reportedly struggling to find anyone to play with them at this year’s Super Bowl.
The event was originally set to be headlined by Rihanna; however, it’s rumoured the star turned down the opportunity in support of Colin Kaepernick and his protest against the NFL.
And now sources have told Variety that a number of acts are following in the Rude Boy songstress’ footsteps, and have turned down the chance to perform alongside Maroon 5.
According to the publication, the band have reached out to a number of their pals to fill the 13-minute-slot, however so far no one has agreed to.
It’s rumoured that Cardi B, Nicki Minaj and local act Outkast are just some of the acts that might be on the bill. Read more
