A massive gas leakage has been reported around Computer Village, Oba Akran area of Lagos.
According to TVC online, residents are advised to evacuate the area immediately and avoid using things that are inflammable.
Also, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has warned individuals in the Ikeja axis to ‘not open fire’, due to distress calls confirming a massive gas leakage in the area.
Residents in Oba Akran Way, Computer Village, Awolowo Way, Medical road as well as others close by are advised to avoid opening fire as a pipeline has been reported to leak.
Ibrahim Farinloye, the South-West coordinator urged residents to comply with the directive as plans are underway to contain the situation.
