Minister of Works, Umahi clinches Top10 Magazine’s Minister of the Year 2023 Award

In a remarkable acknowledgment of his transformative leadership, Engr. Dr. David Umahi, the Minister of Works, has been bestowed with the prestigious Minister of the Year 2023 title by The Top10 Magazine.
