Nigerians on Twitter have been reacting to the alleged resignation of the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun.
While some applauded her action and called it a dignified step, considering her lingering National Youth Service Corps certificate scandal, others are calling for her arrest and a refund of the salaries she had been paid while in office.
Adeosun reportedly resigned over allegations that she had forged her NYSC certificate.
Although she never responded to the allegations, there are speculations that the scandal was impacting negatively on President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
