Nigeria’s total COVID-19 infections hit 13,873 with 409 new cases on Wednesday according to daily updates by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
The NCDC announced via its Twitter handle @NCDCgov that 15 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) accounted for the new cases with Lagos getting as many as 201 infections.
The breakdown equally presented 4,351 as having been discharged after testing negative in the isolation centres across the country, while
382 people have sadly died from the COVID-19 coronavirus since February 27 when it was first diagnosed in Nigeria.
