NNPC Ltd Reassures Nigerians: No increase in PMS prices amidst rumours 

In a bid to allay fears and quell speculation, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Ltd. has issued a resolute statement assuring citizens of the country that there are no immediate plans for a hike in the cost of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol.

The Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd., Olufemi O. Soneye, emphasised that Nigerians should disregard any unfounded rumours suggesting an impending increase in PMS prices. He further reiterated the corporation’s commitment to maintaining stable pricing and ensuring adequate availability of fuel across the nation.

Motorists are urged not to succumb to panic buying, as NNPC Ltd. reassures the public of the current abundance of PMS supply nationwide.
