The Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, on Thursday, donated N10m to supplement the feeding of corps members in the state for a three-week orientation camp.
The governor made the donation while declaring open the 2019 orientation camp ceremony of 2,200 Batch ‘B’ corps members at the Umunya orientation camp, in the Oyi Local Government Area of the state.
Represented by the State’s Head of Service, Harry Udu, the governor gave assurances of his administration’s continued support of the scheme.
He said, “I hereby direct the NYSC Coordinator to ensure the provision of the most sumptuous meal as I shall be supplementing the feeding in the Anambra camp with the sum of N10m. Read more
