Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hopeful Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof will recover from knocks in order to face Southampton on Sunday.
The pair were taken off after an hour in United’s 4-1 win against Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir at Old Trafford on Sunday night.
Lindelof has been struggling with a back injury since the start of the season and he’s been playing through the pain barrier in recent weeks to help United recover from their dismal start to the campaign.
The Swede was replaced by Axel Tuanzebe, while Wan-Bissaka was forced off with an ankle strain to be replaced by Brandon Williams. (Metro)
