Super Eagles defenders Kenneth Omeruo and Chidozie Awaziem were randomly picked by the Confederation of African Football medics for dope tests on Saturday, Sports Extra reports.
The duo featured for the entire duration in Nigeria’s 3-2 win over Cameroon in the Round of 16 at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt.
The two players spent several hours with the CAF medical team before joining their colleagues at the Helnan Palestine Hotel beach resort. Read more
