Robin Williams’ son felt ‘helpless’ watching dad struggle: ‘Sharing him with the world was hard’ (Metro)

Robin Williams’s son Zak revealed he felt ‘helpless’ seeing the Mrs Doubtfire star struggle.

The actor died by suicide in 2014, aged 63, after suffering from depression and mental health issues.

And speaking about his death, his eldest son explained it was ‘hard’ to share him with the rest of the world.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, he told Ben Shepherd and Kate Garraway: ‘Being Robin Williams’ son was wonderful in so many ways, having to share him with the world was hard at times.
