On Tuesday, a Lagos citizen was leaving Iponri when she noticed something wrong.
A LASTMA official driving an official vehicle with registration number RTM 143 LA, stopped right in the middle of the road to offload stuff from his boot.
He went about his activity not minding the fact that he was obstructing traffic; the very thing he is paid to ensure does not happen.
The lady stopped, accosted him but whosai, oga did not budge.

“And so I encountered an extremely rude and audacious LASTMA official at Iponri at about 4:20pm Tuesday April 17, 2018. He parked right in the middle of the road, discharging some goods from the trunk of the LASTMA car thereby obstructing free flow of traffic from inside iponri shopping complex. I faced him and demanded that he goes back, But of course because they were just by their office, he asked me to stay put since I wasn’t willing to go back for him. His colleague came and told him to turn off the engine of the vehicle. The driver’s name is EGBETOLA. S. and the registration number of the vehicle is RTM 143 LA. I let him know that I have taken down his name and number of his vehicle and also took pictures of the car along with him and his colleagues who encouraged him to be unruly.
