Spice Girls ‘turn down millions to extend tour worldwide over in-fighting fears’ (Mirror)

It looks like the much-hyped Spice Girls reunion won’t be as big after all.

The Spice Girls are gearing up for their long-awaited reunion tour in the UK and Ireland later this year.

However, it looks like the group’s international fans may not get to see the four-piece in action after the band members failed to agree on further tour dates.

Initial plans to tour the US appear to have died down, despite claims they could have earned as much as £80 million.

Despite selling out all 13 dates in the UK and Ireland, Melanie Brown, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton and Melanie Chisholm haven’t committed to any US dates.

Insiders told The Sun the group fear tensions between them could cause problems if they spent longer in each other’s company on a bigger tour. Read more
