The singer has given a teensy weensy hint that she is currently working on album number seven while in Australia for her tour, and while the reference to the new music might seem tenuous, it’s exactly in Taylor’s style to drop such a tease.
And the tease is this: Taylor shared an image of herself playing scrabble with her mum in a garden, cryptically displaying five of her seven letters – and the score of the tiles adds up to, you guessed it, seven. The letters were B, I, O, I, E.
She also captioned the image: ‘Let the games BEGIN!’
And minds have been whirring – does this hold significance?
