PSG boss Thomas Tuchel hit back at Jurgen Klopp’s complaints about Neymar’s playacting in the aftermath of Liverpool’s 2-1 defeat at the Parc des Princes.
Juan Bernat and Neymar gave PSG a two-goal advantage inside 37 minutes in Paris before James Milner dragged the visitors back into the game with a penalty just before half-time, following Angel di Maria’s foul on Sadio Mane.
Liverpool were unable to create clear-cut chances after the break, though, and Klopp believes the interruptions in play caused by Neymar’s playacting stopped his side from gaining any momentum.
The German even stormed out of an interview with beIN SPORTS shortly after the final whistle when pressed on the Brazilian’s time wasting during the Group C encounter.
