In a sudden turn of events, President Bola Tinubu, has issued a directive to withdraw the nomination of Engr. Imam Kashim Imam for the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
The President’s withdrawal of the above-mentioned nomination is directed with immediate effect.
The President’s move was confirmed by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), in a statement released today, October 19, 2023.
It’s important to note that this directive applies only to Engr. Imam Kashim Imam’s nomination and does not affect other appointments to the Board and Executive Management team of FERMA.
