Two Igbo candidates net highest JAMB scores

Two Igbo candidates have emerged with the highest scores in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) list of the best candidates in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Top on the list are two candidates from Anambra State, the first Maduafokwa Egoagwuagwu Agnes with 365 and the next Nwobi Okwuchukwu David scored 363.

Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s spokesperson said they are 10 in number “and if you notice, some of the candidates scored the same mark and they are (tied) on the same position”.
