Super Eagles and Arsenal striker, Alex Iwobi believes the team has what it takes to win the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Iwobi at the weekend signed a three-year endorsement with LG Electronics as brand ambassador at a ceremony at LG showroom in Lekki, Lagos.
He told The Guardian that the team would do everything possible to honour an order by the Federal Government, which urged the team recently to aim at lifting the trophy in Russia.
He said: “The World Cup is a big assignment that requires total commitment and determination of all the players. We will do all we can to put smiles on the faces of Nigerians, particularly the Presidency. We need the support of everybody to achieve our aim in Russia.” Read more
