Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, on Thursday held that the Alliance for Democracy cannot file additional evidence against Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the ongoing proceedings challenging his victory in the March 9 governorship election. The Independent National Electoral Commission, Sanwo-Olu, All Progressives Congress and INEC’s residential electoral commissioner were listed as respondents to the petitions. Read more
