The Libyan Red Crescent, on Wednesday, said it recovered 22 unidentified bodies in the eastern city of Darna.
“The bodies were recovered in southern Darna after local authorities notified Red Crescent teams,” the Red Crescent said.
Since the beginning of November, a total of 50 unidentified bodies have been recovered in the city so far.
Darna was taken over in July by the eastern-based army, led by General Khalifa Haftar, which defeated armed groups accused of being loyal to terror group al-Qaeda.
Report says the city still sees clashes in small areas between the army and the last fortresses of the terrorists.
