Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested eight suspects for their alleged involvement in several cult-related killings within the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) in the state and its environs.
The command spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, revealed in a statement that the eight suspects were arrested on Tuesday following an intelligence-led operation by police operatives.
โTactical operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested eight suspects involved in several cult-related killings within Yaba College of Technology and its environs in an intelligence-led operation, which took place on April 29, 2025,โ the statement read in part.
Hundeyin identified the 8 suspects as Adeyemo Abdulsamad, aka Cloud, Afeez Enitan, Ayomide Daniel, Olamilekan Adeagbo, aka Skinny, Mayor Samson, Basit Ishola, Quadri Sikiru, and Mariam Salihu. (Guardian)
