No fewer than nine persons have died in a road accident in Bayelsa State.
Several others were injured in the accident, which occurred on Saturday along Gloryland Drive at Igbogene area of Yenagoa, the state capital.
Victims of the crash include an unnamed women leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogbia Local Government Area.
The victims were said to be on their way to Sagbama from Yenagoa where they had gone to attend a wedding. (Nation)
