The Coordinator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme, Prof. Charles Dokubo, has said President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha, never got a contract from the programme.
A statement by Dokubo’s Special Assistant on Media, Murphy Ganagana, described the claim as mischievous.
The statement said the reports going round that Aisha, and the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno, and his associates benefited from contracts awarded by the amnesty office were untrue.
Dokubo urged public members to dismiss the reports, which he described as “a garnished sacrilegious adventure.” Read more
