Alan Shearer makes Premier League title prediction (Metro)

Alan Shearer says Tottenham are playing like a team capable of winning the Premier League and has warned Liverpool to expect more twists and turns in the title race after Christmas.

Jurgen Klopp’s side boast a four-point lead at the top of the table having won 15 of their 18 games this season, scoring 39 goals in the process.

Man City’s unbeaten run came to an end at Chelsea last month and the defending champions were also beaten by relegation-battlers Crystal Palace at the weekend.
