Boy, 10, accidentally shot and killed cousin, 1 (Metro)

A ten-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his cousin, 1, police say.

Isiah Martin was pronounced dead by a gunshot wound to the head on Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio.

The boy has not been named or charged for the shooting, but his mother, Brittney McTier, 31, has been charged for refusing to tell police whose gun it was.

McTier was not home at the time of the shooting that killed her young nephew, police say, although the victim’s mother was present, who police have not named, but a GoFundMe page identified as ‘Arielle.’ Read more
