Stomach-churning video footage shows a cafe worker spitting a massive blob of saliva onto a tray of donuts.

The appalling clip was filmed at Sugar Shack Donuts in Richmond, Virginia, and shared online by the worker herself over the weekend.

She can be seen smirking before defiling the deep-fried treats, with her disgraceful behavior prompting a huge online backlash.
