Chelsea youngster Ethan Ampadu is heading to RB Leipzig on loan after undergoing a medical at the German club.
The 18-year-old has just one Premier League appearance to his name and 12 for Chelsea in all competitions, despite earning eight caps for Wales already in his young career.
Blues boss Frank Lampard confirmed earlier this week that he planned to send the Welshman out on loan to gain experience and the Bundesliga club have come calling, according to Sky in Germany.
