The Lagos State Government on Thursday indicated its intention to go into full-scale legal battle with the Incorporated Trustees of Association of Waste Managers of Nigeria, a.k.a. Private Sector Participation operators of waste.
The counsel for the state, Adetokunbo Ladega, told the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere on Thursday that the state was ready to proceed into trial as efforts to broker an amicable settlement between the PSP operators, the government and other stakeholders had ended in a stalemate. Read more
